Update: I called customer service and was told that you have a choice, you can carry a card or just enter your phone number. I think from now on I’m not gonna trust my cashiers for info and go straight to customer service LOL!!
This is just a reminder: starting Sunday you’ll need to have your Balance Rewards card in hand to get any sales prices, RR or Balance Rewards!
If you haven’t signed up I suggest you head to your nearest Walgreens, pick up a card and then register it online.
I made the mistake of signing up online almost 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my card yet so if I can’t get the issue resolved today I’ll not be shopping at Walgreens on Sunday

If you registered online (I did too) it will pull up using the telephone number yuou listed on registration. No card needed.
Ok, I called Customer Service and according to them you can use a card or not it’s your choice .. YAY! I think from now on I won’t listen to my cashiers and go straight to Customer Service!
I told the cashier that I signed up on-line….so he just had me put in my number, scanned a card and gave it to me.

I signed up online as well and when I went to Walgreen’s on Sept 15th an employee registered my phone number with a balance rewards card right in the store.
