Has anyone else had a problem with Target not being able to scan mobile coupons? I tried to use it once at Penn and Memorial and the computer wouldn’t accept it. The store manager even tried to get it to work.
I did this deal. Though I opted to pay and extra $1.25 and got the ones that glow!
