I tried to do the Glade Expressions starter & refill, but I could only use the $2 coupon. It wouldn’t let me use the $1 web coupon coupon — gave an error message saying you can’t use a coupon on a free item. Still, .99 for both a starter and refill is a great deal!
That’s the way it is at my store too
Some stores allow it and some don’t.
Since one is a Target coupon and one a manufacturer’s coupon they both could apply to the starter kit couldn’t they? Seems they should.
