The dollar tree coupon policy says no free items. and the packages you are showing are the single serve ones that the coupon says no sinlge serve.
April, the small boxes are not single serve. If you read the back of the box it will tell you 2-4 servings. As for not getting things free..the policy on “no free” means they will not take a coupon that states you get something free without purchase. For example, a coupon that states “FREE 20-oz. bottle of coke.” It doesn’t mean you can’t get something free using a coupon.
