If you’re new to CVS and don’t have any ECB from a previous shopping trip to use on the first transaction then the amount you pay will be your “seed money”. “Seed money” is the money you pay out of pocket to get your first Extra Care Bucks (ECB) to use on future purchases.
With this scenario we will be getting $49.97 in product for $10.48 + any applicable sales tax with $4.00 in ECB to use next week. That’s a savings of about 79%!
Last week we ended up with $3.00 in ECB which I will incorporate into this week’s scenario.
