Just so you know, I called Almay and was told they classify the cosmetics removers as a cosmetic and if the store accepts the coupon they will be reimbursed so go for it!

I checked the online prices before I left and saw many of the products were on sale at $5.99 BUT found that not to be at my store so this may be just an online thing.
