Why do I need a reality show? Because my life is a crazy mess and something is always happening which makes my life interesting. I was a stay at home mom for 10 years then my husband got sick so I went to work full time and yes you guessed it I am still running two blogs. We bought a new house 2 months ago and moved my mom in with us.On June 14th we lost every in the flood and just finally got back in my house! So every day I work 8 to 4:30, take care of two kids, my mom, my husband, 2 dogs,2 cats and 2 guinea pigs and do all kinds of social media work with brands.
Social Media is a huge part of my life and I don't know what I'd do with out my iPhone, it's kinda glued to my fingers! So besides blogging about deals and being called the crazy coupon lady who freaks everyone out every time I pull my huge coupon binder out at the grocery store saving hundreds of dollars I am doing all kinds of Social Media Campaigns for major brands like Walmart , Pepsi,Tropicana,Tempu-Pedic,Tide,Frigidaire Clorox,Rubbermaid,P&G,Hanes and many many more. You might even see me doing crazy videos like this : Crazy Swiffer Mom,Just Dance Wii Contest #1, Just Dance with the Kids, Going to the Oscars with Kodak & meeting George Clooney, The Oscars Video #2,Blair Witch Coupon Video, You name it I have done it.
I have also had lots of TV and radio experience. Mommy Blogging on Channel 9, Mommy Blogging on the Today Show,Couponing on the news,as well as a weekly spot on Jack and Ron Kiss98.9 FM every Wed. morning. The crazy life of a blogger is fun and rewarding. Being whisked away on trips,going to conferences,doing media spots, interviews for magazines and more while still taking care of your family and working a full time job.. In my house it's a family affair yep you got both my Mom and my Husband also blog and help with ConsumerQueen.com. My kids? Well they LOVE to ham it up for videos and TV spots. One minute it's peace and quiet and the next minute our world is turned up side down.Honestly? I am just a mom who has had to go back to work and still trying to find time to balance the life of a mommy blogger which I struggle with everyday! You could call it the Bloggy Blues!
